About Evonne
Evonne began her career in real estate in 1982 with a California Sales License and worked in the real estate lending industry from 1987 to 2005. She joined Harry Norman Realtors in Atlanta, Georgia, as a broker associate before relocating to California in 2011, and still holds a Georgia Broker's License as well as the California Sales License. Evonne earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation serving Lake County in Northern California.
As a Luxe Places International Realty agent, Evonne is actively engaged in the promotion of local real estate while creating professional affiliations for referral networking. An award winning agent and top performer, she is devoted to bringing her positive attitude, expert knowledge, and genuine care to every transaction.
Evonne is a graduate of Liberty University with an MA in Human Services Counseling and a BS in Psychology. Evonne believes that her educational experience and interpersonal skills are a tremendous enhancement to the inspirational service her clients receive throughout the homebuying or selling process. An active member of the Lake County Chamber of Commerce, Evonne enjoys inviting people to see Clear Lake, America's top bass fishing lake, and to visit award winning wineries around the lake, shop at the Quilt Square businesses offering local produce and goods, or take in the cleanest air in California along one of the stunning nature trails. Evonne, an avid reader and advocate for literacy, is a member of the Friends of the Lake County Library, and is a proud member of 100 Women Strong of Lake County supporting local non-profit organizations. Maintaining memberships in both The National Association of REALTORS® and The California Association of REALTORS® as well as local board and regional Multiple Listing Services provide Evonne with cutting edge knowledge, relevant market data, and expertise in all areas of real estate.
